This Olive Garden classic will really set the mood for your entire evening. We love a good copycat recipe here at Delish, and we can tell you that you won’t be disappointed by staying home and just making this yourself. It’s the perfect drink to have right before you start your meal or have it as an after-dinner cocktail to cleanse the palate. It’s got the sweet-boozy-tart combo that really makes it special and makes you eager to have another sip.
The recipe is very simple, but we do recommend that you use limoncello and a citrus-infused vodka. What we’re looking for here is to build lemon flavor in every step. If you want that tart experience, follow our advice.
We blend it together to give it that authentic Olive Garden look, but you can definitely have it on the rocks! If you have plenty of people over, making a pitcher with all the ingredients minus the ice is the way to go. Just pour over a glass with ice, and presto.

- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 5 tsp. fresh lemon juice (from about 1 lemon)
- 1 c. ice
- 4 oz. store-bought lemonade
- 3 oz. store-bought or homemade limoncello
- 1 oz. citrus-infused vodka
- Lemon wedge, for garnish

- Step 1In a small heatproof bowl, whisk sugar, lemon juice, and 1/4 cup boiling water until sugar is dissolved. Let cool slightly.
- Step 2In a blender, blend ice, lemonade, limoncello, vodka, and 1 ounce lemon syrup on high speed until a slushy consistency forms.
- Step 3Pour into a glass and garnish with a lemon wedge.
