- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and peel sweet potatoes. Slice sweet potatoes into sticks about ¼-inch wide. In a large bowl, drizzle sweet potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread sweet potatoes onto a baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes, then flip the fries and cook the other side until crisp and golden brown, about 10 minutes. Serve fresh.
Tip: Mix up the flavor by adding different seasonings such as oregano or chili powder.
