- 1 1/2 ounce of Mezcal
- 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
- 1/4 ounce agave syrup
- 1 ounce plum syrup (to make, mix three parts plum juice to one part white sugar)
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- pinch of spicy paprika
- paprika salt to garnish rim of glass
In a shaker tin, add a pinch of spicy paprika. Then add the fresh lime juice, plum syrup, agave syrup, orange liqueur, Mezcal and ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish the rim of the glass with paprika salt and a lime wedge.
