PSU Prepares for International Food and Culture Fair This Evening

The International Student Association at Pittsburg State University is today hosting an International Food and Culture Fair.

The event takes place at the Bicknell Family Center for the Arts from 5:30 – 8:00 P.M.

“Through this event, our students are able to showcase the amazing diversity of cultures we have here at PSU through sharing their food and sharing performances with the community of Pittsburg,” said Gracie Ruble, co-advisor for the International Student Association. “Those who attend will have the opportunity to experience the world in one night, without even leaving Pittsburg.”

During the event, guests can ‘go around the world’ in a few hours thanks to the wide variety of food and drink.

For over 25 years, the fair has been a way for the campus and community to taste international cuisine and see cultural performances by Pitt State international students.

This year, guests will have the opportunity to sample food from 16 countries and see cultural performances from more than six countries.

Admission cost $2 and samples are $1.
