Want to look good and healthy? Well, then, include green tea and more of fruits and vegetables in your diet, say experts. Preeti Seth, nutritionist, Pachouli Wellness Clinic and Komal Thakur, dietician from SCI International Hospital, list down some diet plans that you can follow.
Diet plan 1
Start your day with green tea, lemon tea, black tea or lemon water and for breakfast you can have a fruit platter. Just before lunch, if you feel hungry grab some almonds or walnuts and for lunch you have fruit platter along with some fruit juice. And it is important to eat something lite for dinner and sip on some green tea before sleep.
Diet plan 2
As usual opt for a healthy or organic tea followed by mixed vegetables and soya chunks for breakfast. To keep you going till lunch time, munch on some fruit of your choice. And for lunch you can have mixed vegetables and vegetable soup followed by some evening snacks like a corn salad. For dinner, you can go for vegetable salad and mixed vegetable soup.
Diet plan 3
The morning routine remains same, but one can experiment with the other meals. For lunch you can opt go for mixed vegetable soup, apple and mixed vegetable upma and lunch can be a little elaborate like a plate of salad, fruit, two chapati, one bowl of dal, vegetable and curd. This will keep you going till dinner and for dinner keep it
Diet plan 4
If you are someone, who likes fruits, then for breakfast, you can always opt for banana milk shake or else you eat 4-5 almonds and a grilled paneer sandwich. And for lunch you can go for a plate of salad, brown rice with soya chunks, chicken,egg white,paneer and a mix vegetable soup. Even after eating lunch, you do feel hungry before dinner, then munch on some chana murmura and finish your dinner with a full plate of fruits.
