500 gram rice
200 gram lamb meat
1 pc ginger, slice thick
2 pc red chili, slice
1 pc pepper, slice
1 pc leek, cut rough
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
3 pc red onion, slice thin
2 tbs sweet soy sauce
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp powdered pepper
¼ tsp shrimp paste
How to make:
Boil the meat along with ginger slices until tender, then cut the meat into squares. Set aside.
Saute the garlic, red onion, red chili and cayenne chili until fragrant. Insert meat. Stir.
Insert rice, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, pepper and salted fish. Stir until the spices are mixed well.
